Originally from Asia, the Ring-necked Pheasant is now one of the most widely distributed game birds in the world. The male is resplendent with iridescent copper, gold, and green plumage and a bold white neck ring. It thrives in agricultural landscapes and grasslands across North America, Europe, and beyond.
