Rainbow Lorikeet
Trichoglossus moluccanus
Drenched in every color imaginable, the Rainbow Lorikeet has a blue head, orange breast, green wings, and red bill. It's abundant along Australia's eastern coast and into Indonesia, feeding noisily in flowering trees. Its brush-tipped tongue is specially adapted for lapping up nectar and pollen.
